Charlie Munger by Acquired
I am going to make a confession here that I am a big fan of Charlie Munger and his nonsense approach of investing. As he is approaching his 100 years old, he is making an exception in appearing in his first podcast with Acquired, a great podcast platform that tells stories of successful businesses. Can’t wait to share it with you guys.

Am I Being Too Subtle?: Straight Talk From a Business Rebel by Sam Zell
It is an autobiography of Sam Zell and he wrote the book himself. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2023 and it is a big loss to the real estate industry. It is an highly authentic book by him and he shared how he built his real estate empire. He like being a contrarian, not bound by rules and society norms. I think he is a great builder and constantly talk about skin in the game. I will leave it to the readers to decide but ii is going to worth every single minute of your time.
