Welcome

If you’re a new paid subscriber, welcome and thank you for the trust.

Your support allows me to go deeper into my thinking, be more transparent about my portfolio, and spend the necessary time to ensure that each post meets my own quality standards. I truly appreciate it.

Note: For existing paid subscribers, your subscription will be maintained at US$50 per year as a thank-you for your early support.

For new subscribers, the pricing will be updated to US$10 per month or US$100 per year going forward. I’ve deliberately priced it to remain accessible.

My belief is simple: if you find even one good idea here each year, the subscription will have paid for itself many times over.

My Personal Portfolio: What I Own and How I Execute

In this post, I want to briefly walk through my personal portfolio.

I’ll start by sharing the companies I own, followed by my historical performance on a CAGR basis. I’ll then explain the broker I use to execute these investments and why that choice matters for long-term compounding.

My Investment Criteria

The companies I own are selected based on a framework I have written about previously in my post “The road to become a successful quality investor”

In short, my investment criteria are:

  1. The business must be understandable, with a simple structure and business model.

  2. It operates in an industry with structural tailwinds that support organic top-line growth.

  3. It has attractive normalized unit economics and high ROIIC, driven by sustainable competitive advantages and strengthening economic moats.

  4. It maintains a thoughtfully financed balance sheet, allowing it to endure downturns and invest through cycles.

  5. It is run by management teams with a long-term mindset, integrity, and demonstrated skill in operating the business and allocating capital.

These criteria act as a filter. Not every company scores perfectly, but every holding in my portfolio meets these requirements to a degree I am comfortable with as a long-term owner.
